As I considered the challenges of Alzheimer's, I decided that if I were very wealthy and someone I loved had this disease, I would be willing to spend a great deal of money to secure time with an expert who could help me learn how to deliver the best care possible.  That’s how this whole project came about.

We found our expert in Dr. Leopold Liss. Not only is he one of the world’s foremost authorities in Alzheimer’s research, treatment and patient care, with over 40 years of experience, he is also based here in Columbus, Ohio. A founding member of the American Alzheimer’s Association and the Ohio Alzheimer’s Association, Dr. Liss also presents his findings and commentary to Alzheimer’s experts, literally, around the world.

Our team of talented writers, videographers, CD and DVD developers and myself collaborated with Dr. Liss to create our DVD video and CD audio book product: "The ART of Caring, Insights into Alzheimer Disease and Patient Care,” where through conversations Dr. Liss shared invaluable insights and understandings gained during his 40-plus years of experience.

We plan to sell copies primarily to recoup the cost of production, with part going toward funding our next public service project, which we think will focus on organ donation.  There are many areas in which the public could benefit from expert insights and better understanding if funding were available for these efforts, and we are open to your suggestions for future projects.
